Job Summary
Provide direction on operations, processes, and conditions within your area. Plan, guide, and empower team members for daily department execution while modeling exceptional customer experiences. Communicate daily work tasks, mentor staff to exceed sales and service goals, and ensure product freshness through rotation and dating policy monitoring. Collaborate with leadership on schedule writing to drive engagement and profitability. Lead ordering, receiving, stocking, pricing, and display activities; operate registers and powered equipment as needed. Participate in period-end inventories and act in Lead capacity across other departments when required.

Desired Qualifications
