Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport, answering product questions, and directing inquiries to appropriate team members. Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards across Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral departments. Utilize technology to complete activities, troubleshoot issues, and follow procedures in an organized, efficient manner. This entry-level role requires strong listening skills, the ability to lift and stand for long periods, and a collaborative attitude within a fast-paced environment.
