General Medicine Clinical Nurse - Part Time

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within General Medicine (2 Center) while promoting patient-family centered care and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals, ensuring communication across the continuum. Proactively assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including patient preferences and cultural values. Participate in professional development activities. This role supports oncology and medical-surgical patients, including inpatient chemotherapy administration, at a Magnet-recognized facility offering comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services.
