General Medicine Clinical Nurse - Part Time

Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within Memorial Belleville General Medicine's 2 Center unit. Develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care needs, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs according to standards of care, considering patient preferences and cultural values. Participate in professional development activities to advance career progression within the BJC RN Career Ladder.
