General Medicine Clinical Nurse Part Time

Provides direct patient care in a 29-bed Memorial Belleville unit specializing in oncology and medical-surgical patients, including inpatient chemotherapy. Delivers assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in line with standards, promotes patient- and family-centered care, and educates patients on post-treatment needs and medications. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory initiatives; develops and documents individualized care plans with interprofessional teams and families. Demonstrates nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and population-specific needs; works within a Magnet-recognized organization with opportunities for professional development and career ladder advancement. This is a part-time role with BSN differential and shift differential, and may include a sign-on bonus.
