General Medicine Clinical Nurse - Nights

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for oncology and medical-surgical patients in a 29-bed unit, including administering inpatient chemotherapy. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop individualized plans of care and ensure communication across the continuum. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural preferences. Work nights in a Magnet-recognized acute care environment with a focus on professional development and service excellence.
