Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within General Medicine standards while promoting family-centered healing environments. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Collaborate with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individual plans of care with defined goals, ensuring communication across the continuum. Proactively assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, including cultural and spiritual preferences, while participating in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
