Job Summary
Provide skilled, in-home care to patients of all ages across Benton and parts of Washington and Carroll counties. Utilize the nursing process to evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients. Uphold patient rights, ensure confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with Mercy's mission and Service Standards. Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with rotating weekend and call requirements. Join a caring, collaborative team where your voice matters.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from accredited nursing school
- Current state licensure
- Valid driver's license
- CPR certification
- Full-time employment
