Job Summary
Insulate, wind and hook-up stators for motors and generators on second shift (4:00 p.m.–2:00 a.m., Monday-Thursday) at the on-site facility in Mankato, MN. Follow prescribed methods and procedures, and use hand and power tools as required. Requires progressive on-the-job training to gain coil winding, machine setup, insulation and soldering skills (6,000 hours to acquire basic skills). Education must be high school or vocational graduate; candidate must be a sole US citizen.
