Job Summary
As a General Manufacturing Baker, you will prepare rotors, stators, and other components for processing through proper resins, operate VPI systems, and monitor oven times and temperatures. Adherence to Plant Manufacturing Procedures and maintenance of equipment is crucial. The position supports the manufacturing of motors and involves performing various jobs as assigned by supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational or high school graduate or equivalent
- Sole US citizen
- 6,000 hours experience required to become familiar with process, equipment, materials, and to attain proficiency requirements
