Job Summary
Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices in accordance with established quality and production standards while following procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements. Operate machines and production equipment safely, monitor product quality to identify or rework non-conforming items, and maintain accurate daily production records. Work with chemicals, machines, and measurement equipment to meet volume, cost, waste, and quality targets under close supervision. This role requires working Monday through Friday from 3pm to 11pm with overtime on Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of related experience OR completion of PBS requirements and successful assessment at the appropriate level
- Ability to work a non-standard schedule as needed
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance
- Ability to use fine motor skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong hand dexterity for intricate hand assembly work
- Prior manufacturing experience involving intricate hand assembly
- Good reading comprehension and basic math skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both written and verbal
- Flexibility to work based on business needs
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to rotate across positions within the business unit
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
