Job Summary
Assemble, package, and inspect medical devices following detailed procedures while setting up workstations and supporting production start-up activities. Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, perform quality checks to identify non-conforming products, and complete accurate production documentation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, collaborate with team members to meet production goals, and follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. This 12-hour yellow night shift role requires fine motor skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a regulated environment
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
