Job Summary
Lead drive-in restaurant operations as General Manager, overseeing training of crew, scheduling, inventory management, and payroll records to ensure food safety, efficiency, and outstanding guest experiences. Direct and coach Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops; develop and implement a marketing plan; interview and hire staff to achieve proper staffing levels; prepare operational reports and analyze financial/sales trends; ensure compliance with the employee handbook, health and sanitation regulations, and company policies; resolve guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a customer-service focus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years restaurant management experience (QSR preferred)
- Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing and selection practices
- Knowledge of federal and state labor laws as well as local health and sanitation laws and regulations
- Leadership and supervisory skills; effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic accounting and computer skills
- Ability to multi-task and solve problems
- Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards
