Job Summary
Hotel General Manager responsible for the full operation of the property—guest experience, team engagement, financial performance, and brand excellence. Lead daily hotel operations with a hands-on, people-first approach; drive guest satisfaction, reputation scores, and repeat business; own the P&L, budgets, forecasts, and profitability strategy; build, coach, and inspire department leaders and frontline teams; ensure brand standards, SOPs, and safety compliance are met; partner with Sales, Revenue, and Corporate teams to drive performance; be visible on the floor with guests and the team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager (or strong AGM ready for the next step)
- Deep understanding of hotel operations and financial performance
- A leadership style that builds trust, accountability, and pride
- Calm under pressure and decisive when it counts
