Job Summary
General Manager responsible for the overall leadership, profitability, and operational performance of a full-service disaster restoration company in Hailey, ID. Oversees mitigation, reconstruction, and remodeling divisions; leads department heads in operations, project management, estimating, and office administration; drives accountability, growth, and premium service. Sets annual business plans, budgets, KPIs, and ensures compliance with IICRC, OSHA, and local codes. Manages vendor/subcontractor performance, P&L, cost controls, and process improvements; mentors staff and maintains strong client and insurer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of management experience within the construction industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
- Bilingual
