Job Summary
General Manager leading hospitality for a prestigious John Lewis partnership collaboration across in-store restaurants. Responsible for shaping hospitality strategy, managing growth, coordinating sales plans, recruitment, training, food quality and service delivery, and maintaining strong client service relationships with John Lewis. The role includes monitoring health & safety and ESG standards, achieving targets, overseeing marketing activities, personnel management, and maintaining high guest experience standards on the floor. Must demonstrate leadership, exceptional communication, the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. Required Qualifications
