General Manager

Lead all aspects of restaurant business operations, ensuring efficient daily functions, maintaining revenue and profitability goals, and guaranteeing compliance with DoH Health & Safety standards. Supervise shifts, appraise staff performance, and create detailed reports on revenue and expenses. This role reports directly to the District Manager and Director of Operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in restaurant management, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills.
