Job Summary
Oversee all operations of a WhiteWater location; lead day-to-day operations, drive revenue growth, ensure safety and service standards, and foster a positive team culture. Manage staff development, payroll, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Educate customers on wash products, packages, memberships, and promotions to support satisfaction and sales. Create and communicate daily/weekly schedules; ensure maintenance, cleanliness, and policy compliance; troubleshoot with Facilities and IT as needed. Drive revenue growth through team development and customer interactions; utilize KPI tools to increase membership revenue and retention; manage controllable costs with guidance from leadership. Maintain career development opportunities and uphold company policies across operations.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Strong leadership and management capabilities with proven sales acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conflict-resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and POS systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work 45–50 hours per week
