Job Summary
Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met and develop strategic plans to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance while leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team across all functional areas. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations, driving continuous improvement initiatives through lean manufacturing principles. Foster strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations
- Demonstrated success in P&L management and driving financial performance
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proven ability to implement and manage change initiatives
