Lead a district team of Operations and Sales Managers to optimize operational and sales performance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Manage processes to drive productivity, execute company strategy through training, and oversee hiring, coaching, and performance management. Own the local market by setting sales objectives, holding managers accountable for pricing and gross margin, and resolving customer or operational friction. Drive innovative initiatives in partnership with senior leadership while maintaining safety compliance and customer service excellence. Requires a BS/BA and 9+ years of management experience. Typically involves 20-50% overnight travel.
