Job Summary
Develop a strong staff to satisfy sales, production, service, and supervisory needs by recruiting, interviewing, and training candidates while maintaining a clean, safe, and energy-efficient operation. Ensure recruiting, budgeting, marketing, and sales goals are obtained by managing expense budgets to achieve planned Gross Operating Profit and tracking performance per meal segment. Conduct daily manager walks, review Orange Guidebook checklists, and perform cash handling audits to ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures. Achieve budgeted sales and transaction growth through consistent execution of OSAT goals and specific TTRO targets.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Ensures compliance with all State and Local health department required food handling certifications for entire staff.
