Develop a strong staff to satisfy sales, production, service, and supervisory needs by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and placing candidates while conducting performance reviews and administering disciplinary action. Protect and promote the Whataburger Brand, ensuring a clean, safe, and energy-efficient operation that meets health department standards and budgeted Gross Operating Profit goals. Manage payroll, cash handling audits, and inventory losses, while overseeing training certifications, quality food safety audits, and end-of-day paperwork. Achieve sales plans and transaction growth through four-walls marketing, incentive programs, and suggestive sales techniques, reporting critical situations and deviations to the Area Manager. Participate in the skills development program to achieve required certifications.
