Job Summary
Lead the General Manager/Operating Partner in developing staff to meet sales, production, and service needs while ensuring recruiting, budgeting, and marketing goals are achieved. Protect and promote the Whataburger brand, conduct daily operations including payroll, cash audits, and inventory management, and oversee quality, food safety, and energy efficiency. Manage team development through training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, while reporting critical situations and deviations to the Area Manager. Achieve budgeted sales and Gross Operating Profit targets through effective scheduling and expense control.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
