Job Summary
Lead the General Manager/Operating Partner as a team leader responsible for developing staff to satisfy sales, production, service, and supervisory needs. Drive recruiting, budgeting, marketing, and sales goals by utilizing the sales plan to set customer service objectives and increase traffic. Manage daily operations including recruiting, staff development, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and merit increases. Ensure a clean, safe, and energy-efficient environment while maintaining compliance with health codes, Orange Guidebook standards, and cash handling procedures. Achieve budgeted Gross Operating Profit and manage expense budgets to meet period and quarterly projections.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
