Job Summary
Lead the General Manager/Operating Partner role by developing staff to meet sales, production, and service needs while ensuring recruiting, budgeting, and marketing goals are achieved. Protect the Whataburger brand, conduct daily operations including audits, payroll corrections, and inventory management, and oversee quality, food safety, and customer service standards. Drive sales growth through four walls marketing, incentive programs, and suggestive sales techniques while maintaining fiscal responsibility and achieving Gross Operating Profit targets. Participate in the skills development program to achieve required certifications and advance career growth within the company.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have the ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push.
- Ability to read (Orders on tickets, Menu Board, receipts, etc.)
- Frequent contact/immersion of hands in water, cleaning and sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood and produce items.
- Frequent washing of hands.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
