General Manager responsible for hands-on field operations across Sarasota/Bradenton and West Palm Beach, manage the regional P&L, drive financial and operational metrics, and report to private equity investors and company directors. Oversees local brand awareness and customer management to ensure an elite client experience. Requires 5+ years of leadership in the home services industry and the ability to commute between Sarasota and West Palm Beach hubs; split time between regional hubs with focus on operational performance and growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of dedicated leadership and management experience within the home services industry.
- Proven experience managing a P&L, budget forecasting, and executing strategy based on financial statements.
- Ability to communicate regional financial and operational metrics to stakeholders including private equity investors and company directors.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute between Sarasota or West Palm Beach territories.
