Job Summary
The General Manager will lead and support all departments within the resort, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and standards. Responsibilities include interacting with guests to promote resort features, monitoring hotel operations, maintaining departmental profitability, and developing cost-saving measures. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least ten years of relevant management experience, and effectively guide staff to deliver exceptional guest service while achieving budget goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten years of management experience in resorts or hotels
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good computer and budget analysis skills
Desired Qualifications
- Independent and Branded hotel experience (limited and full service) preferred
- Strong prior experience in sales and marketing and food & beverage is preferred
