General Manager

Execute the store plan to achieve established sales targets, profit goals, and customer satisfaction standards through staffing, training, and daily operations. Manage the operating budget, set monthly goals, and communicate variances to the District Manager while developing and executing local marketing plans. Lead the management team by hiring, training, and terminating personnel, ensuring adequate bench strength and crew depth for every shift. Maintain strict quality, service, and cleanliness protocols, including conducting inspections, resolving customer complaints within 24 hours, and managing inventory and labor controls. Train staff on new products and company standards, conduct performance reviews, and handle employee relations and grievance processes. Travel to multiple stores as needed and perform physical inspections of all restaurant areas.
