Job Summary
Train crew members on food safety procedures and conduct walk-throughs to ensure the restaurant is ready for opening and closing. Supervise staff through team huddles and meetings, delegating operations tasks while enforcing company policies to maintain quality, production, and service standards. Coordinate daily activities to create a safe, efficient, and professional environment for customers and employees. This role requires high school diploma or GED, minimum 18 years of age, and at least one year of restaurant experience. You must be available to work all day parts and days of the week, including potential transfers to other locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- One or more years of restaurant experience
- 6 months or more of restaurant, retail, customer service focused, or equivalent experience
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure and giving sound advice and direction
- Ability to take direction, give direction, work well in a team environment and have a strong customer orientation focus
- Ability to work, concentrate and perform duties accurately in a fast paced environment that may involve noise and hot/cold temperatures or other elements
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to use a headset
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds
- Ability to reach, push, pull, bend, kneel and stoop
- Availability to report for work promptly and regularly
- Availability to work all day parts and days of the week
- Ability to transfer from one location to another
- Ability to travel to other Area offices as business needs dictate
