Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for executing the store plan to achieve established standards, sales, local marketing programs, and profits. Key responsibilities include meeting budgeted sales targets, controlling costs, developing and executing local store marketing plans, staffing and training personnel, ensuring quality and cleanliness, managing production labor and food costs, and maintaining safe working conditions. The role involves analyzing P&L information, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring adherence to company policies. A college degree or equivalent experience and 1-2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry is required.
