Job Summary
Wendy's General Manager leads restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest service, drive sales goals, and manage financial performance. Responsibilities include creating an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations, training and developing team members, providing feedback and coaching, enforcing policies and safety regulations, maintaining inventory and equipment, and ensuring labor costs and financial reporting are controlled to support ongoing profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance
- Must be able to work a minimum of 50 – 55 hours per week including weekends
- Knowledge of all restaurant policies and procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of labor cost reporting, profit and loss statements, operating statements, and other business-related reporting
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to implement policies and procedures
- Ability to develop employees through training and counseling
- Knowledge of recruiting and interviewing potential team members
- Manage conflict resolution
- Create and maintain a positive work environment
