Job Summary
As a General Manager at Wendy’s, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and strong operational performance. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, maintaining food safety and operational standards, and driving sales and profitability. Candidates should have 3–4 years of restaurant management experience, strong knowledge of food safety procedures and restaurant operations, and the ability to motivate and develop team members. A college degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of restaurant management or equivalent leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food safety procedures, restaurant operations, and P&L management
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams at all levels
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training, and performance management
- Understanding of employment laws (federal, state, and local)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and travel locally as needed
