Job Summary
The General Manager is accountable for executing the store plan to achieve sales and profit standards, through effective staffing, personnel training, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include meeting budgeted sales targets, developing local marketing strategies, managing store budgets, hiring and training staff, ensuring product and service quality, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to company policies. Applicants should possess a college degree or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of management experience in the restaurant industry.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions
- Valid drivers license
- Physical ability to meet the job requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
