Job Summary
Supervise daily driver activities, oversee standard operating procedures, and make logistical staffing decisions while ensuring full compliance with company policies. Serve as the primary client contact for meetings and calls, analyze ridership data to suggest route changes, and lead hiring, training, and development for new drivers. Conduct work area inspections, manage vendor maintenance issues, and reinforce safety awareness to improve team morale. Report on performance metrics and submit accurate onsite documentation per established procedures. Requires 5+ years in operations management and a Class B driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience Operations Management
- Licensed Class B driver (Passenger and Air brakes endorsement)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Work experience in public or private alternative transportation demand management (TDM)
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent organization and time management/multi-tasking skills (comfortable in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, operating at both strategic and tactical levels)
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
