Job Summary
Manage day-to-day studio operations by implementing company strategies, overseeing hiring for instructors and leads, and driving performance metrics including class numbers, utilization, and retention. Deliver positive customer service consistent with JETSET standards, run reports on sales and expenses, and develop local marketing initiatives to exceed goals. Ensure timely responses to client inquiries, maintain inventory for retail and beverages, create staff schedules, and foster relationships with local health and wellness communities. Complete the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct an average of 8 classes weekly while being in the studio for a minimum of 25 classes each week.
Required Qualifications

- Foster relationships with the local health, fitness, and wellness communities as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners
- Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules
- Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages
- Plan and host team meetings and social events
- Oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads
