Job Summary
General Manager responsible for leading store operations, driving profitability, and developing a high-performing team. Oversee daily operations, budgeting, inventory planning, safety compliance, customer satisfaction, and employment development. Lead strategy to meet performance targets by analyzing financial reports, managing scheduling for 24/7 operations, reducing costs and waste, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire career growth in individuals
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
