Job Summary
As General Manager, lead store operations and profitability with end-to-end ownership of daily performance, safety, service, and compliance. Drive results by reviewing financials, executing merchandise and inventory plans, analyzing trends, controlling costs, and optimizing scheduling to maintain 24/7 coverage. Foster an inclusive, high-performing team through coaching, development, and performance management, while delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding company initiatives and policies. Ensure accuracy and safety through audits and continuous improvement, and communicate the rationale behind changes to drive adoption and long-term success. The role includes hiring and developing staff, aligning operations with business objectives, and managing cash procedures and budgets. Salary range: $75,000-$90,000 with monthly bonus incentives, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and holidays
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced retail, food service, or fuel environments
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire career growth in individuals
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
- Solid understanding of store financials and their impact on business performance
