Job Summary
General Manager responsible for implementing quality concepts across operations, supervising warehouse/vault operations and delivery service, ensuring proper staffing to meet customer demands, and utilizing employees’ strengths to provide excellent service. Leads personnel management from interviewing to training and performance evaluation, enforces safety procedures, monitors key performance metrics (on-time deliveries, driver productivity, warehouse/vault productivity and paperwork accuracy), oversees equipment and facility maintenance, conducts inventory controls and audits, and ensures compliance while maintaining customer-focused service and a professional image.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising warehouse/vault operations
- Experience in personnel management and hiring/training
- Knowledge of security and fire safety procedures
- Experience with inventory control and quality improvement
- Ability to train, evaluate, and reward staff; strong communication skills
- Ability to manage delivery schedules and customer service
- Familiarity with safety compliance and operational procedures
