Job Summary
Operate and oversee daily restaurant operations as the General Manager, providing operational leadership across all service areas. Lead, train, and develop staff to uphold exceptional customer service and a positive work environment. Drive financial performance through budgeting, P&L management, cost control, and inventory (including liquor) accuracy. Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu development and seasonal offerings, monitor guest feedback to implement improvements, and ensure strict health and safety compliance. Maintain regulatory compliance, handle HR issues, and participate in community engagement and events to foster relationships with local businesses. Exhibit strong problem-solving and communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced setting, while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management
- Current food safety certification
- Proficiency with reservations, scheduling, and financial management software
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets, P&L, and cost controls
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
