Job Summary
Direct and coordinate all divisional department activities for maintenance, operations, or sales to develop and implement long-range goals and objectives. Formulate and administer organization policies, review analyses of costs and forecast data to determine progress toward stated objectives, and confer with regional leaders to discuss required changes. Develop and update business strategic planning including sales, financial performance, and new product development. Oversee manufacturing and materials departments to resolve operational problems, review key projects and performance reports, and support engineering and sales in design concepts for cost reduction and market growth. Review and approve accounting analysis for budgetary planning and capital expenditures while supervising all associates within the facility. Occasional local travel is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field, or 5 years of experience
- 5-7 years prior experience
- 3-5 years leadership experience
- Occasional local travel
