Job Summary
Oversee daily restaurant operations by leading the front-of-house team, conducting pre-shift meetings, and maintaining active presence on the dining floor during service. Drive guest experience standards through direct engagement while managing payroll, labor, and scheduling to meet operational and financial goals. Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff while ensuring food safety compliance and analyzing performance data to implement improvements. Partner closely with culinary leadership to uphold JF Restaurants' luxury dining vision and foster a culture of accountability. Requires 2+ years in upscale fine dining, strong financial acumen, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in an upscale, fine dining, luxury, or high-volume restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, labor management, and payroll oversight
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and restaurant technology systems
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food & Allergen Protection Certification (or ability to obtain as required)
