Job Summary
Oversee the New Grand Gardner Hotel, managing all operating departments, sales initiatives, and guest experience enhancements across 58 rooms, F&B services, and meeting spaces. Lead team development through training programs, develop asset management strategies including CAPEX planning, and execute financial management with daily reporting and weekly performance updates. Direct oversight of social media, travel site reviews, and the property website while maintaining strict adherence to accounting controls. Requires three years in full-service hotel operations and flexibility for varied schedules.
Required Qualifications

- strong background in food and beverage management
- proven experience in lifestyle, boutique hotels offering curated F&B experiences
