Job Summary
Oversee daily operations, ensure efficiency and high-quality service to guests, and lead departmental managers and staff to meet performance standards. Monitor financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control while optimizing profits by managing food, beverage, and labor expenses. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, analyze market trends for expansion opportunities, and handle hiring, training, and development of new team members. Resolve guest issues promptly to increase sales and maintain compliance with brand, company, and safety standards. Requires minimum three years of GM experience in a full-service restaurant with daytime and weekend availability.
