Job Summary
General Manager at Urban Air Cincinnati responsible for overall leadership, vision, and direction to motivate staff, ensure exceptional guest experience, and achieve financial goals. Leads staffing, training, and development of Area Leads and Certified Trainers; oversees operations including entertainment, food & beverage, attractions, and property; drives customer service excellence, safety, brand standards, and community partnerships; analyzes financials, maintains inventory controls, and ensures staffing aligns with labor budgets while promoting a positive culture and high staff morale. Requires hospitality experience and 3+ years in facility operations/ management, strong communication, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Facility Operations & Management
- Experience in hospitality required: Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Professional grooming and conduct
- Ability to write and verbally communicate clearly
- Ability to establish working relationships with employees, management, and vendors
- Ability to maintain and project professionalism
- Ability to establish and communicate a vision for the park
