Job Summary
Execute the business plan and achieve financial performance targets for sales, budgets, and cost control. Develop and maintain relationships with customers while resolving elevated issues, and ensure effective communication across all store departments through regular meetings. Oversee facility maintenance, security, and professional appearance, and represent the company for key machinery sales as needed. Manage the hiring, development, coaching, and evaluation of the management team and employees, while implementing best practices with corporate managers. Requires 5+ years of retail experience, 1+ years in parts or sales, and Monday–Friday 1st shift with Saturdays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a retail environment
- Experience dealing with elevated customer issues
- Ability to lead and motivate others
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, Business or equivalent experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED
- Maneuver on/under heavy equipment and around construction/agricultural sites with loose-footing and irregular terrain
- Operate a motor vehicle both day and night
- While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and telephone
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements
- Hearing ability is sufficient to communicate with others in person or over the phone
- Light to moderate lifting may be required (up to 50 pounds)
- Ability to reach, stoop, kneel, and bend as needed
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ additional years of experience as a parts or service manager or in a sales role preferred
