Job Summary
General Manager is responsible for the overall operation and financial performance of the warehouse, leading shipping/receiving, warehousing, and inventory management; establishes objectives, drives continuous improvement, manages KPI measurements (labor, inbound/outbound, inventory accuracy), oversees budget and P&L, partners with Engineering on warehouse layout, conducts inventories, ensures customer satisfaction through proactive communication, and leads hiring, training, and development of warehouse staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations (e.g., TAPA, AIB, OSHA).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Logistics or Transportation.
- Master of Business Administration or another relevant master’s degree is an added advantage.
