Job Summary
As a General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day store and financial operations of a multi-million dollar business. Open availability to support the business, receive in-depth training, and shadow experienced GMs. Develop and deploy marketing strategies, technology troubleshooting, financial analysis/reporting, sales tactics, leadership methodologies, workforce planning, inventory management, vendor management, recruiting approaches, HR functions, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining store standards, reconciling daily financials, managing inventory, and ensuring health and safety policies are met. Requires 50-hour weeks, weekend availability, and the ability to work at locations within a 30-mile radius of home. Salary range is $55,000-$65,000 with bonuses; benefits include 401K matching, healthcare, tuition reimbursement, and more. Willingness to lead, adapt, and align with Tri Star values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3+ years of retail or hospitality industry experience
- 3+ years management experience directly supervising staff
- Any equivalent combination of education and experience
- 18+ years of age
