Lead the team with efficiency, respect, and professionalism to ensure the Buzz Life Experience is felt by every guest and team member. Hire, train, and motivate staff to drive sales while maintaining a profitable location with food and labor costs within standard. Enforce all brand standards, food safety protocols, and labor compliance, including creating timely schedules and executing accurate inventories. Champion a safe workplace and resolve difficult conversations to uphold accountability. Maintain Yelp and Google scores at 4.2 or higher. This role requires open availability for a 45-hour work week with an hourly range of $32.00-$35.00. Candidates must have 3 years of general management and food and beverage experience in high-volume environments. The position includes an 8-week training period, potential monthly bonuses, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid time off.
