Job Summary
General Manager responsible for P&L management, inventory control and budgeting to maximize profits; leads both FOH and BOH teams with the Executive Chef, conducts line checks, and ensures health/safety inspections are passed. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, labor costs, and staff development; drives guest satisfaction and brand standards, coaching and developing managers and hourly staff to deliver high-volume service and exceptional dining experiences. Focus areas include financial oversight, forecasting, labor optimization, training, and creating a positive, compliant workplace aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing a full-service restaurant
- experience managing FOH & BOH teams
- experience with P&L, inventory, and controllable cash
- interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, labor costs, training and development
- planning, directing, and evaluating work; performance appraisals
