Job Summary
Lead and direct both FOH and BOH teams to maximize sales and profitability for a full-service, high-volume restaurant collection. Partner with Executive Chef to ensure food quality, service, and presentation meet TFK standards, conduct line checks and facility walks, participate in EcoSure & Health inspections, manage labor costs, training, and development, and drive performance through hiring and coaching. Oversee staffing, scheduling, development of management and hourly team members, and ensure compliance with policies and laws while delivering memorable dining experiences and guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- experience managing FOH & BOH teams
- experience with P&L, inventory, and controllable costs
- ability to hire, onboard, schedule, train, and develop staff
